About the City of Rockledge Fire Department
The career firefighters of the city of Rockledge obtained an official certificate of affiliation with the International Association of Firefighters Union on April 11th 1988. The membership currently consists of 33 members divided into three shifts of 11 personnel who staff three fire stations 24 hours a day.
We answer calls for any type of emergency with an average response time of 4 minutes anywhere within the city. We strive to provide the highest level of service to our citizens and hope to do so for many years to come.
